I am very passionate about my health and wealth, but I have slipped up.
When it comes to my faith and fitness eating plan and workout plan, I haven’t been sticking to it lately. Mainly because I’ve been exploring other plans and given myself too much leeway.
I’m getting the feeling that I should go back to my foundation. So I have a daily schedule and checklist that I will use as a guideline for myself then I’ll keep track of my progress via this blog. The goal is to stick to my daily goals and create SMART daily health and wealth habits. Starting Sunday 28th, 2019 I will share the pros and cons of the schedule I planned for each day.
