Every day I want to eat 1 pound of green leafy veggies, 1 pound of fruit and 1 Tbsp of seeds. This easy spinach pineapple mango smoothie recipe inspired by Arden’s Garden’s Spinach Slam has definitely help me reach my daily nutritional goal.
When I did my 60-day Juice Feast in January 1, 2018 – March 1,2018, my favorite place to pick up my juices were Arden’s Garden. They have fresh juices with high quality ingredients. Since I’m mostly on the go, I would prefer to just pick up my daily supply of juice (about 128 oz) and my daily supply of juice would most definitely include my favorite juice the spinach slam. I would pick up my about bottles) and I’m on my way.

Easy Spinach Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe
- 8 cups spinach
- 2 cups mango
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 tbsp any seeds of your choice (flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds)
- Blend until smooth
