We have completed Week 2 of Faith and Fit 90 Series 1: Using The Bible for Guidance.
Take this day to review, reflect and relax.
You’ve made it to Day 13. Great Job!
As we focus on Using the Bible for Guidance to achieve our health and wealth goals. We will focus on practicing the Presence of God by walking in the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:25). The Holy Spirit helps us have the power and strength to reach our health and wealth goals in our lifetime (Acts 1:8).
So far this week, we are developing self-control, routine, a day of fasting, streak for our health and wealth. Today we are improving our memory.
Our #1 focus should be building up our inner self. If we build our inner self first – spirit and soul, we will automatically produce habits that will help build up our body (1 Timothy 4:6-8).
On Day 9, we created money and health routines and today we will turn those routines into a habit. We will do them on a daily basis, not occasionally, which will make them an automatic behavior.
Yesterday, you created a heath and wealth routine! That’s Awesome!
Today is now the time for resting! I know it may not be officially the Sabbath, but I want you to get into the resting mindset so you will be ready to rest on the Sabbath. Matthew 11:28-29 says “come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest”.
God gave us our money and our body. God gave it to us so we can have what we need. We are responsible for our money and our body. It’s important that we protect and preserve it (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). It’s important that we follow God’s instructions concerning our money and health. Today’s task is to research ways you can protect your money and your body.
This week we will be focused on using the Bible for guidance.
We as human were created with a spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
