There is healing power in smelling essential oils. The oils can be applied many different ways for pain relief, nauseas relief, fatigue relief and stress relief. We can inhale it straight from the bottle. We can put a few drops in your hand and rub them together and cup them over our mouth and nose. We can put a drop of it on a pendant and fasten it around our neck. We can add 10-15 drops of essential oils to ¼ cup of Epson salt. We can drip 1-2 drops of essential oil in a bowl of steaming filter water. We can drop oil into a diffuser. We can add oil to car diffuser. We can get a massage with essential oils. We can massage a few drops of essential oils on the bottom of our feet before going to bed using the techniques discussed on Day 79. We can take it orally, but carefully under the direction of a health practitioner. We can add it to a warm bath. We can add essential oils directly to our pulse points and wear as a perfume.
Walking is an exercise that everyone can do. We can walk inside or outside. We can walk with a group or by ourselves. Walking is a low impact, aerobic exercise that is easy to follow and effective in results. The average person loses 13 pounds when they walk an additional 15 minutes in their first year of walking.
